Signing Day

Mommy says that yesterday was National Signing Day for the Tigers. I'm surprised that Coach Miles didn't call me, because I know they can always use some muscle on the Defensive Line. I went to the doctor today to get some help with this nasty congestion, and they weighed me. At 5 weeks, I am weighing in at a hefty 11 lbs 1 oz. I was 11lbs 3 oz., but then I spit up on mommy and lost a couple of ounces. It's all good. They didn't measure my length, but mommy stretched me out at home and it looks like I'm 22 1/2 inches. Mom's a little worried about my rapid weight gain because my car seat only holds up to 22 pounds. At this rate, they'll be buying me a new one next week!

The doctor gave me some decongestant for my nose, and told me my chest sounded great. I already knew that. My lungs have been getting plenty of exercise lately. Just ask mommy and daddy, I have GREAT lung capacity. I go back in 3 weeks for my 2 month check up, and to get my immunizations. Any takers on how much I'll weigh then? Mommy's betting 13 lbs 5 oz.
