Bunnies

Whazzup? On Saturday I was just relaxin' in my chair, and mommy said we had an Easter Egg Hunt to go to. I didn't know what that was, but figured it wouldn't hurt to check it out. Plus she kept saying something about an "Easter Bunny" being present, so this I had to see for sure.

Sure enough, we got there and there were a bunch of little kids running around, playing, and looking for these colored ball thingies. I didn't really understand it, but I really liked looking at the other kids. It made me smile a lot. Then, all of the sudden, this big, white, furry thing came out. It held me and that was pretty cool cause it was soft. I don't know though, because there was something vaguely familiar about this white thing they call the Easter Bunny:


She reminded me of someone, but I just couldn't quite put my finger on who.

I decided that I should probably nap on it, and see if that jogged my memory any.

I never did figure it out, but I did have a really nice nap. Then on Sunday, mommy and I went to the mall. There was another one of those bunnies there, so mommy wanted to get my picture taken with him too. That mommy, she just can't get enough pictures of me. Anyway, there were a lot of kids making a lot of racket when it came time to take the pictures. But, I couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. He's soft and fuzzy and the perfect place to nap.
In fact, I slept all the way until mommy rolled away from the cash register, then I opened my eyes and gave her a great big smile. It was nice of her to let me snuggle up all weekend with some furry beasts. I hope we do it again next year.
